Our team will review your application and get back to you within 72 hours. Once approved, you'll receive an activation email to set up your account.

Commissions & Payouts
Our commission structure is designed to reward you for your success. You'll earn a percentage of the total sale amount for every qualified referral. Your commission is calculated on the gross sale amount, minus any discounts, refunds, or returns.
You must earn a minimum of $100 USD in commissions to be eligible for a payout. If your balance is below this amount, it will roll over to the next month until the threshold is met.
We process payouts monthly via ACH bank transfer. Commissions are calculated at the end of each month, with a 30-day holding period to account for our 30-day return policy. Payments are issued within the first week of the following month after the holding period. For example, commissions earned in January will be paid out by mid-March.

We use Tune (formerly HasOffers), a leading performance marketing platform, to manage our affiliate program. Tune provides real-time tracking, detailed reporting, and everything you need to monitor your performance.
We offer a 30-day cookie tracking period. This means that if a user clicks your affiliate link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you will receive credit for the sale.
You can generate your unique tracking links directly from your Tune dashboard. Simply log in, navigate to the 'Offers' section, select the offer you want to promote, and copy your tracking link.

We encourage you to share your personal experiences and integrate our products into your content naturally. Effective strategies include personalized recommendations to clients, content creation (blog posts, videos, podcasts), social media sharing, and website integration with a 'Recommended Products' page.
Yes! We provide a range of marketing assets including a comprehensive media kit, brand logos and color guidelines, product images, and social media assets (images and videos). You can access these materials through a shared Google Drive folder, which will be provided to you upon approval.
Yes, we have a few guidelines to ensure our brand is represented accurately and ethically. Prohibited promotional methods include trademark bidding (you may not bid on 'IM8' or any of our branded keywords in paid search campaigns), misleading claims (you may not make any false or misleading claims about our products), and spam (you may not use unsolicited email or other forms of spam to promote your affiliate link).
